You arrive with your actual problem.
Before the session, you complete a brief intake: what you sell, who you sell to, what is currently working, what is not. Fifteen minutes of preparation on your end. The session uses this context as starting point so we skip the "tell me about your business" preamble that wastes most consulting calls.
We diagnose where the language is fracturing.
I ask the questions most consultants skip. You say things you have not said out loud before. By the midpoint, the actual problem usually surfaces. It is rarely what either of us expected at the start.
You leave with a written diagnosis.
Within 48 hours of the session, you receive a written one-page narrative diagnosis: what the actual problem is, what is causing it, and what the next move should be. If we work together, this becomes the starting point of the engagement. If we do not, it is yours to use independently.
